ocr: COSTEP INSTRUMENT The COSTEP instruments LION (Low energy lon and electron instruments) and EPHIN (Electron Proton Helium Instrument) measure electrons and protons above 40 keV up - to above 5 MeV for electrons and greater tham 53 MeV for protons.
